Bob has spent more than 20 years in the direct mail industry. During this time, he has managed major accounts mailing millions in a single drop, as well as more intricate multi match and multi version mailings. He is experienced in all aspects of package production, as well as collateral pieces and premiums. As President, Bob oversees much of the day-to-day operations of the company, while managing his team of production managers and handling his own clients. He is very detail oriented and works great under pressure. Bob is active in the DMAW and frequently attends DMAW functions, as well as other marketing seminars, to stay on top of the latest developments and trends in the industry.
Assistant Production Manager
Leah has recently joined the team as the assistant production manager. Originally from Lake Anna, Virginia, she has recently relocated to Gainesville, Virginia. She has a Bachelor of Science in marketing and a Bachelor of Art in business management from University of Maryland. Leah has previous office support and retail experience. In her current role, Leah assists the production of various direct mail projects including appeals, renewals, and acquisitions. She enjoys being able to work with new clients and learning the industry.
With over 20 years of experience working in customer service and project management in the direct mail, media services and printing industries, Alicia is dedicated to supporting non-profit organizations and their missions. She is detail-oriented and skilled in developing and maintaining client relationships. Alicia has prior experience producing CD & DVD training programs, with a focus on production and fulfillment. In her current role, Alicia manages the production of various direct mail projects including appeals, renewals, and acquisitions. Alicia is an active DMAW member, and has been with The Production Advantage since August 2016.
Patricia has been with The Production Advantage since 2005. She started out as the office manager, quickly moving into and excelling at production management. Patricia is a motivated self-starter who is adept at handling multiple projects with tight deadlines in order to execute successful mail campaigns for our clients. With her terrific eye for detail and her proficiency with inventory spreadsheets, she manages the majority of the acknowledgement and renewal programs for TPA. Patricia is a member of DMAW and enjoys networking with other colleges and learning new ideas to help in our clients’ success.
Edward has become a vital part of what we do. Edward has taken on the role of Business Manager and made it his own. He’s become a serious “Jack of All Trades”, able to answer questions regarding technology, accounting, invoicing, insurance and even legal issues. He’s the guy to call if you need international soccer scores as well! When he’s not keeping our staff on the right track, Edward loves playing soccer, hanging out with friends and traveling.
Maria moved from the Netherlands to the United States in 2005 and started her career in direct marketing. She worked on the client side for five years before moving over to the agency side. Her experience in direct marketing includes managing the production of acquisition, appeals and renewal programs. In addition, she has been a part of the creative side of direct mail, including development of new test packages. She has managed large mailing projects, as well as premium packages and fulfillment projects. Maria joined TPA in January 2015 and is excited to use her experience to the fullest on various direct mail projects.
